The Blenheim hotel was built in 1908 on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Designed by architect Will Price, it was the largest reinforced concrete building in the world. It was luxurious and fireproof. Its Spanish and Moorish styles, signature dome and chimneys, and impressive massing created a striking architectural statement. It was imploded in 1979. This is a massive model I’ve been working on for months. There's no interior, but plenty to see on the outside.
