Le Rhone 9C engine

The Le Rhone 9C (also known as the Le Rhone80HP) was a 9 cylinder rotary, air cooled engine used in a variety of aircraft during the First World War. It was built in both Great Britain and in the United States. The propeller is one I found in the Warehouse and much altered, first as a 4 bladed propeller and now as a 2 bladed one. I used only pictures etc. that I found to create this engine so it may be lacking in some detail or exact size, but it's as close as I could get. I'm going to be using it in a Thomas Morse S-4C airplane and its variant the S-5 version which came with floats. #2_bladed_propeller #9_cylinder_engine #air_cooled_engine #aircraft_engine #airplane_engine #Le_Rhone #Le_Rhone_80HP_engine #Le_Rhone_9C #propeller #rotary_engine #spark_plug #sparkplug #wood_propeller #wooden_propeller
