After years of research inside communications centers, Watson has redefined technology-driven console design. We collaborated with front-line dispatchers, IT professionals, facility managers, public safety architects and consultants to experience first-hand what they saw, heard and felt during an average shift. Then we got busy designing a three-sided, three-dimensional station that works as hard as they do.
