The Edward J. Smith Center is a building in SketchUp City that was supposed to be open in 2010, but due to the 2008 financial crisis that struck SketchUp City particularly hard, it remains unfinished to this day. The building has 54 stories and is 288.36 m (946.06 ft) tall. It was supposed to be used as an office building but during construction the plans were changed to a mixed-use building.
