Woo hoo! <b>300 </b>likes! Thank you all for appreciating my model. Im surprised this is my most popular model - apparently lots of people have an industrial aesthetic.

Continuing with the Modern Industrial Aesthetic (Read: Boxy, Austere, cold and clinical - depending on your POV of course - Clearly inspired by shipping containers and industrial structures). A large 3 story home clad in standing seam metal panels with copious amounts of wood on the inside (a hard metal shell but when you "peel" away the exterior a "soft" wood interior is exposed). 2 story Great Room with a raw concrete see-through firebox (and exposed flue), "Penthouse" Master Bedroom and rooftop deck.
Please use the scene tabs - I have ordered them so that you view the exterior and then tour the interior (Entry > Living room > Dining > Kitchen > Stair Hall > Balcony > Master Bedroom > Master Bath). Most of the exterior is landscaped and the interior is detailed/furnished -- there is much to see here.
Obviously the model is heavy with entourage - shadows are a no-go on my puter' and textures on definitely slows things down - If you get bogged down hit the ****OFF*** tab and only the building will show.
Over the years I have collected lots of background entourage so I simply don't know all the names of the people whose models I used here (and there are many: trees, firewood, appliances, fixtures and handles, etc - thank you!). Some recent downloads include:
