This is a model of Steve's bass rig. It is not from a specific tour, although it's quite close to his current rig. From top to bottom: 2x Sony WRR 37 Wireless Receivers 1x Shure UR-4D UHF-R Wireless Receiver 1x Aphex Aural Exciter Type C2 With Big Bottom Model 104 1x Peter Cornish custom switching system 1x Trace Elliot GP 12X pre-amps (largely used in the late 90's, no more present in his rig) 2x Alectron Custom Preamp (made in the ’80s by Alex Alexandrou, an “electronics wizard guy” from Cyprus. Alexandrou’s “Alectron” preamp is essentially a copy of the preamp section from a Hiwatt 200 solid-state amp.
