Kaple je ve vnitrobloku s vchodem z domu s číslem popisným 4 v Praze- Žižkově. Byla postavena v roce 1912 Emilem Králíčkem.
The chapel is in the courtyard with the enterance from the house number 4 in Prague- Žižkov. It was built in the year 1912 by Emil Králíček.
