One of my better floorplans! This house has a big two story foyer, a large den with vaulted ceilings, a huge living/dining/kitchen area as well as a powder room, a laundry room, a butler's pantry and lots of storage on the first floor (not counting the oversize three-car-garage). On the spacious second floor you will find an expansive master suite with his and her closets and a big bathroom, two bedrooms that are connected by a jack-and-jill-bathroom, an ensuite guest bedroom and a large second story living room/gallery. Also note the private balcony for the master suite and the shared balcony for the guest suite and one of the bedrooms. Due to the file size, I couldn't finish the interior as much as I would have wanted to, but you still get the idea, even without doors and decorations.
