100 years ago today, WW1 started. This is my little tribute to all those people who died many years ago. Its 1915 and the His Majesty's Hospital Ship (HMHS) Britannic (titanics sister ship) is docking in southampton ready to sail to the mediterranian and help wonded soilders just after the lusitania was torpedoed of the coast of ireland. In 1916 under the command of Captain Charles Bartlett, she was torpedo'd or struck a mine in the kea channel. She sunk in just 55 mins. Most of the people survied and only 30 perished. My great uncle was an ambulance driver during WW1. He died when the ambulance was blown up by a german landmine. RIP to all who died during world war one. Thankyou to Arther sevin for the britannic model, Generalfeldmarschall for the ambulances and flag freak for the union jack on britannics bow. #Ambulance #HMHS_Britannic #lusitania #RIP #Tribute #WW1 #WW1_ambulance
