The tesla water pump is assumed much like a water hose being stuck in a bucket of water at your feet and swung in a circle over your head. Turbulent flow rpm for water at the outside radius (1/4" gap for water vs. 1/32" gap for air-dimensionless surface friction). Lower rpm-much larger diameter tesla turbine pump.
