I squeezed my hybrid 28 down to 24' by removing the bathroom, and adding a wet bath off the kitchen.
This model takes that 24' plan and puts it back on the 28' trailer to give a 4 foot porch.
I also downsized to a standard RV fridge, and added a fire escape door in the Bath/Shower.
Next to the fridge is a double sliding hanging pair of doors to close off the kitchen when bathing, thus turning your kitchen into an enclosed private dressing room (In tiny houses, dual or triple use spaces are your friend). Next to the sink is a medicine cabinet built into the wall with a mirror on the inside of the cabinet door, giving you a mirror to shave etc at the kitchen sink.
There are steps leading up to the bed, and a low (5' clearance) short walkway beside the bed making it easy to access.
The model is mostly grouped. You can lift the sheathing/roof/doors/windows group off the model, then lift the structure group. This will allow viewing the interior through the transparent walls from outside the model.
I'll be doing one more model using the 24 on a 28, but no porch. I instead plan to use the extra 4 feet for a table and chairs.
