This model was based on a photo of an interesting derelict in Detroit. Only the front view was visible, a rickety ruin with no windows. I made up the rest of the house and interiors, and made it new again. There are two very nice 2-bedroom apartments, similar but different. The floors and roof are groups on their own layers for easy access. #apartment #Detroit #flat #house
