Air Ontario Flight 1363 was a Fokker F28 that crashed shortly after takeoff from Dryden Regional Airport in Canada in March 1989. The plane crashed into a forest, killing 24 out of the 69 people onboard. Ice had formed on the wings, causing the jet to lose lift on takeoff.
