Costus Erythrophyllus, also known as oxbloo or d ginger, Blood Red Spiral Costus. This tropical plant likes shady and humid area, height between 1.2 to 1.6 meters of the top of the leaf is colored green while the underside is reddish / burgundy. The orange flower is edible.
