I scanned the inside of my new Vehicle using a Leica 3D Disto and then began developing the modular cabinet design within the intermediate space. The parts are intended to be produced on CNC and the cabinet design is optimised for the bed of the stepcraft 840 V2.
I’m still looking for inspiration to develop the upper space but at the moment I am leaning towards keeping it open and perhaps using it as power tool storage and dropping the bulky toolboxes for the various items. Effectively turning the vehicle into a huge toolbox!

You just know that those 2D files were produced from a 3D Model which someone would get fired if they ever dated share it!:-) I've been toying with the idea of hiring an industrial scanner and maybe scanning a bunch of the most popular van bodies used in trades and camper conversion and selling the scans on my website.......7/31/2017Andrew F.Hi David, Do you still have the 2D drawings? the link did not work or has expired?
