This is a detailed, scaled model of the Apple Watch.
There’s no band, textures, etc. It’s just the watch, created as accurately as is possible in Sketchup.
It is meant to be used for makers to create cases and other accessories, and who want to model after dimensions specified in the Band Design Guidelines document as released by Apple on the developer site. It is manifold (checked by 2 different apps Meshmixer and Solid Inspector2) and should be immediately printable.
