BOAC Flight 911 was a Boeing 707-400 flying from Tokyo-Haneda to Hong Kong-Kai Tak with 113 passengers and 11 crew aboard. Shortly after takeoff, the 707 encountered violent turbulence while flying over Mount Fujiyama, causing the tail so separate from the fuselage. BOAC 911 went into an immediate nosedive, and broke apart in flight. All aboard were killed.
