This bus is a tribute to the great Dorian Proctor.
Bantam was the name of a long running line of type-A school buses manufactured by the Collins Bus Corporation from 1977 to 2012. This model is a 2nd gen Super Bantam high headroom model on the 1992 Ford E350 chassis equipped with a wheelchair lift.
