The apartments will be of assorted types, as follows:
- Apartment Type 1 - 140 sq m with balconies
- Apartment Type 2 - mq. 160 with balconies and terrace
- Apartment Type 3 - mq. 160 with roof garden and swimming pool
- Apartment Type 4 - sqm. 230 on two levels with roof garden and swimming pool
All apartments, regardless of the type, will be equipped with a private garage that can vary from 50 to 80 square meters. The apartments on the first floors will have a garage connected to the house. Each housing unit will be entitled to 3 assigned private parking spaces. The residence will have large green areas equipped and planted.
