Part 3 of the museum the so-called "boiler house"
The Museum der Arbeit in Hamburg-Barmbek has made the transformation of life and work over the last 150 years its main theme. The exhibitions present topics such as the effects of industrialisation and the changes it triggered in social, cultural and economic areas. The museum is an anchor point of the European Route of Industrial Heritage (ERIH).
