This is the hangar that Jedi Master Saesee Tiin and a squad of ARC AstroTroopers launched an attack to capture a disabled Lucrehulk-class Core Ship, during the battle of Coruscant. As you can see, the hangar is currently empty. Same principle for reflections in hangar launch bay(lower deck).
