DIY Heat Recovery Ventilator with 160mm core

Duane W.
DIY Heat Recovery Ventilator with 160mm core. Uses 9mm Ply for main housing. 4mm double wall polycarbonate panels laid at 90 degrees to the next for the heat exchange core. Both sides omitted for clarity. Ducting holes are 50mm diameter. Will need two fans, one each to draw stale and fresh air through. Joints must be sealed with hot-glue, mastic or silicon to ensure each flow path is hermetically sealed. Condensation could be a problem so the case will need to be treated on the inside. Condensation drains may need to be fitted.
