**Now updated, far less approximate model** of the ASRock Z370M-ITX/ac motherboard (for Intel Coffee Lake / 8th gen Core CPUs).
Front dimensions are accurate (based on photo texture to scale), only the depth of the model is approximate (except the IO bracket because based on actual photos) -- though it's still a good indicator for you simulations. The IO-bracket is a plain black rectangle but dimensions and placement are correct.
Pics of the front and the rear IO taken from ASRock website, dimensions were checked with standard ITX specifications at the edges, holes and bracket (expect a millimeter off here and there)
