Guilford Rail System Freight Train

Guilford Rail System Freight Train

Train Repair Guy
A freight train led by two Guilford Rail System GP40 locomotives, MEC 319 and MEC 351. This train is typical of those which ran on the now CSX-owned Portsmouth Branch in Rockingham County, NH. In this model, the train consists of a TrinityRail 64ft Mechanical "Reefer" refrigerated boxcar, used to deliver frozen fish to Highliner Foods. The next car is a single center beam flatcar loaded with Irving Lumber for Boise Cascade in Portsmouth, NH. The last four cars are LPG tank cars for an industry called Sea-3, a trans-load facility for propane.
