This is a geometric remix of the original model "Reichstag Berlin "DEM DEUTSCHEN VOLK"" from Emperor Heer 99 (present at: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/85521eefb0fcdf26b6ecbbb2e4d05900/Reichstag-Berlin-DEM-DEUTSCHEN-VOLK), which aims at fixing the face orientation so that the front sides of faces point outside of the model (which helps with model export and rendering).
