Set to be Sheffield's tallest building, at 101m (331ft), designed inside and out by Conran and Partners (not Jasper!), construction is scheduled to start sometime this summer (2006). It is wholly residential, containing 322 apartments over 32 stories. I've used artistic licence on the back of the building, since no render of that bit was available.
