Here's a small ranch home. This house is based on a real one. I've never been inside the actual house so I made up a floorplan for it. It's got 3 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom, appx. 1008 sqft. Built in 1971 or 1972, this is the very first house that was ever built in that subdivision. Due to the size of the real house, it sits on a decent sized lot, so that means there's room for expansion.
All Sketchup Components, I edited pretty much all of them at least a bit though.
