Pulley and winch based Clothes drying system for urban balconies. This invention of mine took birth due to my urban life in Bangalore where you dry clothes in the Balcony and in most condo's or apartments you have only one balcony. Hence I had to create a clothes drying system that works using steel rack, steel cables, steel pulleys and hand operated self locking winch. So when not in use it will roll up all the way to the ceiling so that you can enjoy your urban oasis without having to deal with ugly clothes drying racks or similar ceiling mounted racks that are flimsy and hung on strings or ropes. This system is a heavy duty, contemporary one that even a kid can operate with absolute ease.
