This is a working model of a Magic Snake (TM) for use in Sketchup v6 and requiring SketchyPhysics to work properly. Each section is separated by a disc that acts as flexor and buffer, and allows the snake to make fairly violent movements without breaking. I have successfully used it to form the Ball, which is one of the hardest to do. Each section rotation is controlled by a pair of servos totalling to 360 degrees of rotation (180 degrees each way); this makes the rotation strong and the snake itself very robust. The paired servos are numbered 1 to 23 in order along the snake, and can be rotated up to 180 degrees each (0 or 1 is a full 180 degrees).
