This design was hard to make, as my original design was over 10MB, and the maximum file size that you can put on the 3D Warehouse is 10MB, so I had to remove some complex trees I had in my model, and some landscaping. The reason I removed this is so I didn’t have to remove details from the actual home itself, ruining my overall design. This mansion is 3 stories, is in an L-shape, and has 12 gigantic bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and closet and 2 of the bedrooms are actually 2 stories (meaning they have a staircase in the room leading to a smaller 4th story area, but not a full 4th story). Turrets are present too. This design also has a shed at the back that triples as a boathouse and pool-house as well, and was a guesthouse also (but I had to delete the work I did inside of the house as it was causing the file to be too large). If this house was to be built in real life, it would cost approximately $80 million. Although I have now shortened the file size of this magnificent design, I must warn you, it may take quite some time to download this design (if you have a slow internet connection), but if you do download it, it will have been worth the wait – and please rate this model if you do download it – thanks!
