I designed this set up to go in my tool box. The long thin object is one of the side rails (you'll need two of course). The frame (I'm using three personally) will hold the bins (five for each frame at the current measurements). This set up will provide you with slide-able bins so you can still access the tools in the bottom of the drawer.
