Designer Phil Bolger's popular 20' Chebacco design sailing 'on its lines.' This is modeled as close to the plans as I could get it. It's the base model, rigged with the optional 'sprit boom' mainsail. Most builders opt for a gaff rigged main.
Many versions of the design are available, including a 25' version and a cruising cabin version (for colder climes). Plans also include details for building it plywood lapstrake.
