A very small, simple, single-person house, for someone with better things to worry about than their house. I designed it to minimize construction and utility costs. It has 32 square meters (345 square feet), plus a carport, and basic furnishings. Huge windows are the house's only luxury. I did not include any off-grid technology (solar, wind, etc.) because, at present, it isn't quite cost-effective even with government subsidies.
