N166HQ / Puffin tail - One of Frontier's ERJ-190's, which are operated by Republic Airlines. I've seen a few of these out here in DCA, along with some of Frontier's ERJ-170's. I can see the airport from my hotel window, so there's always planes taking off and landing. The tail is a phototexture, from Google Images.
