this is my personal interpretation of the chernobyl nuclear power plant if it was still in operation.
reactor 4 is in confinement (chernobyl nuclear disaster 1986).
i have added complete cooling towers because the original ones were left unfinished due to decomissioning status in 1996 and 2000 and the disaster.
i have also added the new safe confinement area.
