This model is made from scratch, but it wasnt hard to do, (did in 45 min) its the Shotgun Collar from SAW 3, this trap is worn by Lynn, who has to be with Jigsaw and not let him die, if Jigsaw hart monitor will go flat line, the little shotgun-shells will shoot into her head and she will die. Lynn does die in the movie but that doesnt realy matter.
