The Grand Prismatic Spring and Exelsior Geyser are located in the Midway Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park. The Grand Prismatic Spring is the largest hot spring in North America. It is known for it's vibrante colors, due to a special bacteria that lives in it.
Next is the Exelsior Geyser, the one by the river. It is the largest Geyser in the world, but unfortuantly, it doesn't erupt any more. It's violent eruptions broke up it's underground plumbing system and stopped it's giant eruptions. The exelsior geyser erupted up to 300 feet!
