LibertyJet flight 003, a Boeing 727-100, was flying from Nashville to Toronto. The plane was asked if they saw a United DC-8 (UA4464 Chicago-Boston) in sight. The LJ pilots couldn't so they asked if they could turn left to see it and make sure that it wasn't in his way. The controller cleared them to do so, but irronically and unintentionally, the LibertyJet plane steered itself into UA4464. The LJ003 Copilot screamed "HOLY F***ing S*** LOOK OUUUTTTT!!!!!!!!" United 4464 clipped LibertyJet 003's tail with it's left wing and both planes crashed into Lake Erie killing all 95 aboard both planes combined. This was the first and presently the second worst aircrash in LibertyJet history. Remember though LibertyJet and this crash are both fictional.
