This is the tower of the fameous Sint-Rombouts Cathedral in Mechelen, Belgium.
The construction started in 1449 and ended somewhere in the 16th century. In fact the tower is'nt completed yet. The plan was to build a tower of 167 meters (548 feet), but the spire was never completed.
