PTTC (Perak Techno Trade Centre) is an 18-storey tower located in Meru Raya, right next to the Jelapang exit of North-South Expressway. It's a landmark of Ipoh at the northern gateway which is one of the tallest buildings in Ipoh (PTTC building is about 15km away from city center). PTTC Building was originally constructed to house the Perak State Development Agency (Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak, PKNPk) but later this government body decided to maintain operation at its existing building in downtown. So the building was switched to house IT development agencies & the surrounding area is granted MSC (Multimedia Super Corridor) status.
