Jin Air is a South Korean low-cost airline and was founded in 2008. Jin Air operated their first flight in July 2008 from their hub at Seoul Incheon International Airport. The company is a subsidiary of Korean Air. The name of Jin Air comes from the Chinese character 'Jin' (眞) which means 'truth'. The airline operates 4 ex-Korean Air Boeing 777-2B5(ER)s.
