When I found this duplex on my computer, it was an empty shell made from a Sketchup house. I added an interior and gave the exterior more detail. I made the shell a few years ago. Both units have 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, an eat in kitchen, and vaulted ceilings and a large stone fireplace in the living room. Both units are almost exactly alike, but unit 219 is just a bit bigger. Both bedrooms are almost exactly the same size, but the front bedroom is a tiny bit bigger.
Update- 1/29/14: Thanks for all the feedback, I appreciate it. You're right, the proportions are wacky. I'll probably work some more on this in the future, but if anyone wants to, please, you're more than welcome to work on it yourself.
