Not Forgotten is a Legendary Hand Cannon that can be acquired through a quest given to the player by Lord Shaxx. The quest is only obtained after receiving Luna's Howl from it's quest.
Legendary Perk - Magnificent Howl (Don't worry, Luna's has this too.)
-Rapidly landing two precision hits increases the next shot's damage and range for a short duration.
