This is a modern highrise office building of my design. It is a preliminary model that lacks any stuctual detail beyond the core. The building is 450 feet tall, has 30 floors and a two-story lobbey. My goal was to create a biulding suitable for a triangular lot and that was all around a very new and differnet design. The tower uses two identical masses, each and abstraction of the basic form of a tower, which are placed in order to give a very different looking building from every approach.
