The Dash 8-32B, sometimes shortened to B32-8, is a 4-axle diesel-electric locomotive manufactured from 1984 to 1989 by General Electric (GE) Transportation. Only 49 of these locomotives were ever produced, and most were purchased by Norfolk Southern. 3 were made for the Burlington Northern, all of which have been returned to GE.
Norfolk Southern's purchase consisted of 45 locomotives, numbered 3522-3566. The 3 was dropped from the road numbers to make room for an order of SD40-2s in 2013. As of 2016, all units that weren't sold off are pending disposition. G&W railroads Georgia Central and Missouri & Northern Arkansas do still operate B32-8s.
