This is the first turret in my new series of dome turrets: the Dt x2 Plane Pounder. It's a four-barrel rapid-fire plasma flak anti air artillery. It fires 50 mm blasts of superheated gas (plasma) with a tiny grenade inside which explodes after a certain amount of time and releases a dangerous cloud of super hot gas particles. When an airplane flies through this cloud, the particles melt away the planes hull, completely destroying it. When the Plane Pounder runs out of grenades it can still fire plasma beams, which are evenly deadly, but less accurate. -- This is an animated version of the model which means there are Sketchyphysics animations present (required version: SP3 RC1, may work with other versions, although i'm not quite sure). Maybe there will be a high detailed version of this once. -- This model is slightly based on Scifiwarship's turrets (used in his spaceships).
