This model is a very close copy of Lufkin vintage No. 48 Folding Carpenter's rule with markings in eights and sixteenth divisions. Select M-grips (but isn't really necessary) in layers for easier manipulation to view and open ruler. (text edit only 12/4/24 follows) The M-grip looks like a small thumb tack and will appear at joints to help unfold ruler (tip: you have to be in the correct layer to work properly). This model was kind of more difficult because of how the joints work around each other. (text edit only 12/3/24 follows) Had to go thru all Win10 fonts on computer practically up to next to last to find font close to looking authentic, but still made several small modifications.
