Here is teardrop camper with 19" radius curves and a 48.125" for the large curve (measure in 41½" on the bottom edge to draw the large arc). The door also uses a a 19" radius. The kitchen can be worked out as you need it. This kitchen used ¾" for the shelves but ½" should be more than enough. ¼" Luan could be used for the roof and curves using contact cement and multiple layers. The frame attached to the sides is made from 1"X3" and pocket screwed together over lapping the edge and trimed back using the edge of the side panel with a trim router. Before attaching the frame the notches can be cut using a jigsaw and spaced as needed. The cross braces are 1"x3" cut in half. The width is a little tight for two people so a 5X8 trailer would be better. A person has about 27" of sleeping space in a double bed, 30" in a queen, and this design only allows less than 24"s, enjoy.....
