The Raccoon City Police Department, formerly a museum.
I had a lot of problems with this model, i started by drawing out the in game maps, but even when they were drawn to scale, the plans didn't make sense - there were huge gaps in walls, the second floor was larger than the first, things like that. So I decided to use a model on the 3D Warehouse as reference,

but even that had errors, so I had to make a lot of edits to the measurements to get what is now my RPD.
Using this plus a lot of video game reference got me very close to what I think the RPD would look like If it was a real building.
