Here is my XPS 720 computer. You should notice there is no keyboard; this is because I have Muscular Dystrophy and I only have enough hand dexterity to use a trackball. In place of a physical keyboard I use an onscreen keyboard called Click-N-Type from Lake Software (you can see it in the monitor screenshot). The specs of my computer include an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 processor (the badge says "Duo" only because it came with a Core 2 Duo), nVidia nForce 680i chipset, 4GB RAM and nVidia GeForce 7900 GS video card. The monitor is the Dell 2007WFP 20" Wide-Screen display operating at a resolution of 1680x1050. The mouse is a Kensington Expert Mouse 7.0 optical trackball.
